Job Description

Transport liquid chlorine from chemical plants in Sasolburg to water treatment works across South Africa. Highest hazmat classification requires specialised certification.

Responsibilities

  • Transport chlorine per SANS 10231
  • Follow emergency response procedures
  • Carry spill containment equipment
  • Maintain all hazmat documentation
  • Undergo regular medical surveillance

Requirements

  • Valid Code EC (14) with PrDP-DG
  • Dangerous goods certification
  • Chemical transport experience
  • Medical fitness for chemical exposure

Qualifications

Grade 10. Code EC (14) with PrDP-DG. Hazmat cert.
