Job Description

Transport commercial explosives from manufacturing plant to coal mines in the Secunda/Standerton area. Highest level of hazmat certification required. Premium salary.

Responsibilities

  • Transport explosives per SAPS and DMR regulations
  • Follow prescribed routes only
  • Maintain all explosives transport documentation
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections
  • Report to mine security on arrival

Requirements

  • Valid Code EC (14) with PrDP-DG
  • Explosives transport certificate
  • SAPS clearance for explosives handling
  • 5+ years hazmat transport experience
  • Zero tolerance environment

Qualifications

Grade 10. Code EC (14) with PrDP-DG. Explosives certificate. SAPS clearance.
