Job Description

Transport hot bitumen from refineries to road construction sites across Mpumalanga. High-temperature cargo requiring specialised safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Transport hot bitumen at 160°C+
  • Operate heating systems during transit
  • Discharge bitumen at road construction sites
  • Follow strict burn prevention protocols
  • Maintain tanker insulation and heating elements

Requirements

  • Valid Code EC (14) with PrDP
  • Hazmat certification
  • Bitumen/hot cargo experience preferred
  • Safety-conscious mindset

Qualifications

Grade 10. Code EC (14) with PrDP. Hazmat certificate.
