Responsibilities
Deliver online orders to residential customers across Johannesburg
Handle 20-40 deliveries per shift using route optimization
Scan parcels and capture proof of delivery on app
Handle customer queries professionally at the door
Keep delivery vehicle organized and clean
Report any failed deliveries or issues to dispatch
Requirements
Valid Code B licence
Minimum 1 year driving experience
Own smartphone with data for delivery app
Knowledge of Johannesburg suburbs
Professional and presentable
Available for 4-6 hour shifts
Qualifications
Grade 12. Valid Code B. E-commerce or delivery experience preferred but not essential.
