Job Description

Supervise warehouse operations and coordinate dispatch of outbound shipments at our Johannesburg South distribution centre. Manage a team of 8 pickers and packers.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations
Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch
Manage stock accuracy and cycle counts
Schedule outbound deliveries with drivers
Train and manage warehouse staff

Requirements

Valid Code B licence
3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
WMS (Warehouse Management System) proficiency
Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

Grade 12. Warehousing/logistics diploma preferred.
