Job Description

Recruit, screen, and onboard new drivers for our Durban fleet. Verify licences, conduct reference checks, and manage driver documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and screen driver applicants
  • Verify licences and PrDPs
  • Conduct reference and criminal checks
  • Onboard new drivers with training
  • Maintain driver HR files

Requirements

  • Valid Code B licence
  • HR/recruitment experience
  • Transport industry knowledge
  • People management skills

Qualifications

Grade 12. Code B. HR qualification advantageous.
