Job Description

Coordinate outbound deliveries from our Durban logistics hub. Assign loads to drivers, plan routes, and ensure efficient utilisation of fleet capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and assign daily delivery routes
  • Allocate loads to available trucks based on capacity and destination
  • Communicate with drivers throughout the day
  • Resolve delivery exceptions and delays
  • Track KPIs: on-time delivery, fleet utilisation

Requirements

  • Valid Code B licence
  • 2+ years dispatch/logistics experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and TMS software
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Grade 12. Logistics diploma advantageous.
