Job Description

Ensure fleet of 80+ vehicles maintains full regulatory compliance — COF, licences, insurance, and RTMS standards. Office-based with site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Track and renew all vehicle COF certificates
  • Manage vehicle licence disc renewals
  • Coordinate annual insurance reviews
  • Conduct RTMS compliance audits
  • Prepare for DOT roadside inspections

Requirements

  • Valid Code B licence
  • 5+ years fleet compliance experience
  • Knowledge of NRTA and RTMS
  • Advanced Excel skills

Qualifications

Grade 12. Fleet management diploma. RTMS certification.
