Job Description
Manage the vehicle workshop for a fleet of 60+ trucks and bakkies. Oversee maintenance schedules, workshop staff, parts procurement, and COF compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage workshop of 6 mechanics and 2 assistants
Plan preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure all vehicles have valid COF certificates
Manage parts inventory and procurement
Control workshop budget and costs
Requirements
Valid Code B licence
5+ years fleet/workshop management experience
Diesel mechanic trade test advantageous
Strong management and budgeting skills
Qualifications
Grade 12. Trade test or N3+ mechanical qualification. Fleet management experience.
