Job Description

Drive flatbed truck transporting steel products from Johannesburg to customers across all 9 provinces. Average 2 long-haul trips per week with overnight stops.

Responsibilities

  • Transport steel on flatbed nationally
  • Secure loads per NRTA regulations
  • Plan routes for heavy load compliance
  • Maintain trip logs and fuel records
  • Communicate with dispatch on delays

Requirements

  • Valid Code EC (14) with PrDP
  • 3+ years flatbed long-haul experience
  • Load securing expertise
  • Comfortable with extended travel

Qualifications

Grade 10. Code EC (14) with PrDP.
